What’s the difference between the group programs and 1:1 coaching?

Group Programs offer structured training plans, macro recommendations, and community support at an affordable price.

1:1 Coaching is a fully customised experience with personalized training, nutrition, check-ins and direct access to me for tailored guidance.

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, my programs are gym-based and require access to standard strength training equipment. If you train at home, let me know — I may be able to modify your program.

What if I have an injury?

If you have a pre-existing injury, please consult a healthcare professional first. While my background in physiotherapy informs my coaching, I cannot provide medical treatment or rehabilitation. However, I can adjust training to accommodate certain limitations.

What results can I expect?

Results vary depending on your effort, consistency and adherence. My coaching provides the tools, structure and guidance needed for progress, but success depends on your commitment to training, nutrition and recovery.
