I’m David Gerges, an Exercise Scientist and Online Coach with a passion for evidence-based training. I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science with Distinction from the University of Wollongong and I am currently completing my Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Sports Medicine Australia, I stay at the forefront of the latest research and best practices in training, rehabilitation and performance.

With years of experience in Hypertrophy Training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I understand what it takes to build muscle, enhance performance and remain injury-free.
